This recording, by Chase’s longtime collaborator Nathan Davis, marks Davis’ deep collaboration with members of the International Contemporary Ensemble over a period of four fertile years. In addition to Chase, Peter Evans, Phyllis Chen, Joshua Rubin and members of ICE are featured on this album, which was named one of the Top Ten Classical Releases of 2011 by Steve Smith in Time Out New York.
